For this Minneapolis kitchen design-build project, the update of the condominium began with the partial removal of a hallway wall to open up the kitchen and create space for the homeowners’ two requested work areas: a generous island for food preparation and casual dining, along with a desk area and ample computer storage for the tele-commuting client. The new kitchen has improved traffic flow and is streamlined, clean and bright. The updated bathroom at the end of the hall features the same clean and contemporary look, with a modern walk-in shower plus sleek cabinetry and hardware throughout.
